Before you Email Support please read a few things that might help.

Q. I didnt receive my downloads

A. Once payment has been made and approved you will get a email with your
   downloads. You must hit Return to merchant or return to store. If you did  
   these things and see your payment did go threw then email us your order #
   name.

Q. My links say Expired

A. You have 3 times within 24 hours to download your links. Once you have  
   downloaded them you cant download them no more. If there is a issue with your
   download, please email us your order # and Name and what you saw happen.

Q. Are there other ways to get my order to download if I dont get the email?

A. YES!!! Go to www.Dramamix.com and log into your act, and you can download  directly from the store. NOTE you still have 3 times to get them within 24 hours.

Q. How do I submit tracks to become a member of Dramamix.com

A. You can always email us 2 of your HOTTEST Tracks to Supprt@dramamix.com. We
   will View them and tell you honest Feedback
